
Refund Policy

At Known & Co., we value transparency and clarity in all of our client relationships. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines what to expect when working with us, particularly regarding service cancellations and early termination.
1. Free Consultation
We offer a free initial consultation to help determine if our services are the right fit. No payment is required to schedule or attend this call.
2. Refunds
Because our consulting services involve time, strategy, and custom-built systems, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Each engagement is tailored to the specific needs of the client and includes tangible deliverables such as workflow automation, CRM setup, and staff training.
3. Early Cancellation During the 90-Day Setup Phase
If a client chooses to cancel before the 90-day CRM setup and optimization phase is complete, an early termination fee of $1,000 applies. This is outlined in the client agreement to compensate for time, planning, and partial system development already invested.
4. Post-90-Day Termination
For clients continuing on the revenue share model beyond the foundational phase, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice and payment of a termination fee based on gym size:
Gym Size Termination Fee
≤100 members $1,000
101–300 members $2,500
301+ members $5,000
These fees reflect the ongoing value delivered through optimization, automation upkeep, and support.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, we ask that you contact us directly. We’ll always aim to resolve issues promptly and professionally. In the rare case that we cannot resolve a dispute informally, we follow the dispute resolution process outlined in our client agreement.
